Most wellness apps ask for your attention. Caelia asks for a minute, and then lets you get on with your life.
Caelia is a soft little cloud who lives on your iPhone. Stroke her and she leans in. Tell her about your day and she listens. Her colors and the sky around her follow the time of day, and each part of the day she has one small thing for you: a slow breath and kind words in the morning, something that fits your day at midday, a one-swipe check-in and a few lines for your diary in the evening, and a gentle wind-down at night.
Her words are written to be believed. Instead of grand promises, Caelia says things like "You are learning to…" and "It's okay to…", shaped around what matters to you. If you choose to, she keeps short notes from what you share so she can ask how things went, and you can see everything she knows, and make her forget it, at any time.
Version 2.0 brings Caelia to iPad and Mac as a journal: a focused writing page with typewriter scrolling, mood, place, weather and photo moments, and no AI. It's free, and your pages sync between iPad and Mac through iCloud.
Around her there's room for small joys: a breathing exercise she grows and settles with, a focus timer with soft sounds, reminders for the birthdays of people you love, the day's weather drifting around her, little games with no levels and no streaks, and hand-painted outfits she wears as the day changes.
Caelia is made by False Peak, an independent studio in Switzerland. She is available now on the App Store in six languages.
